  11. INTERVIEW WITH SHERMAN SKOLNICK -- MARCH 6, 1995

  13. On March 6, 1995, I interviewed Mr. Sherman Skolnick of the 
  14. Citizens' Committee to Clean-up the Courts [CCCC] by telephone. 
  15. The following is my transcription of that interview. Note that in 
  16. this interview I neither necessarily agree nor disagree with 
  17. either all or some of the statements of Mr. Skolnick.

  32. Tribune that ran in *one* edition, in '70.

  42. It says that documents were released, apparently after 50 years

  51. ....that the Tsar and the Tsarina, and their family, actually were 
  52. not murdered but were rescued by the British royalty, their

  57. O.K. And my guess is that the copyright would've expired on that, 
  58. so I could just, say, type it out and probably put it on the 
  59. Internet.

  63. I wouldn't worry about the copyright. I wrote a letter to the 
  64. editors a year ago about that article, and they've never 
  65. acknowledged at the *[Chicago] Tribune*, or responded, or ran it, 
  66. or anything.

  68. They....... Two things: they released fraudulent details, I 
  69. believe them to be fraudulent, that some bones, otherwise not 
  70. identifiable, in the bottom of a mine shaft in Siberia...

  78. ....that they did DNA tests on it and they said that those were 
  79. the Tsar, the Tsarina, and the children.

  89. Secondly, the guy, Richards -- some guy gave you an e-mail back 
  90. that there was a book showing that Alexei Romanov [gives 
  91. spelling]... But the book by a guy named Richards, O.K.? Alexei 
  92. told me about this *21* *years* *ago*! Richards is the pen name 
  93. of a former gestapo official.

  110. What has been published, over the last 30 years and so on, in 
  111. various books...

  113. Alexei used a Polish name: Michael Golenieski. Michael Golenieski 
  114. was a top official of the Polish counter-intelligence. O.K.? And, 
  115. according to published accounts, when he defected -- during the 
  116. time that he arrived in this country in January of '61, a few 
  117. days before JFK was inaugurated as the President. He was 
  118. inaugurated January 20th, '61. O.K.?

  120. He -- Golenieski -- arrived between the November '60 election, 
  121. and the January '61 inauguration. By special act of Congress he 
  122. was made a U.S. citizen and promised $100,000 per year. He has 
  123. been only getting $5,000 per year. *But*, the reason he was very 
  124. useful to American Intelligence: his information was so accurate 
  125. that over 400 Soviet spies were identified in the West and 
  126. arrested. So how much of a charlatan and a liar could he be!?

  128. O.K. This guy Richards, which is a pen name for an apparent 
  129. gestapo official, left over from the Second War, is not to be 
  130. trusted! The books that *are* to be trusted are Anthony Summers', 
  131. the -- I believe the name of his book is *The Rescue of the 
  132. Tsar*... [*The File on the Tsar* by Anthony Summers & Tom 
  133. Mangold, New York: Harper & Row, 1976]

  141. ....and another book -- I don't know the author -- but it's called 
  142. *Imperial Agent*. And it tells how the Tsar, the Tsarina, and the 
  143. children were rescued through Vladivostok. And they went all the 
  144. way around, with a British cruiser, ended at Malta. And the Tsar 
  145. and his wife and the children took up residence in Poland. And 
  146. Alexei was given a false name -- Michael Golenieski. He was 
  147. trained in Marxism, and became a top Polish Intelligence official 
  148. at the time, right after the Second War, when Russia took over 
  149. the Warsaw government.

  157. And so he knew all the Soviet spies, which he successfully 
  158. identified -- including, I think there was a spy who purportedly 
  159. was a Swede, name (if my memory serves) Wennerstrom.

  161. But there's things published. So anybody named Richards that says 
  162. that he's a charlatan, doesn't know.

  164. Besides which, in '70, there was a raft of British documents 
  165. released which the *Tribune*, in a wire service story, referred 
  166. to -- that I sent you a copy of, O.K.?

  174. And these documents show it is most likely that the Tsar and the 
  175. family were rescued.

  177. And the name of William Wiseman, a U.S. diplomat (I don't have 
  178. the article in front of me; I sent it to you)... But William 
  179. Wiseman, he was given money to facilitate this by President 
  180. Woodrow Wilson. That's referred to in the article.

  182. So anybody that says that Alexei is a charlatan and a fraud does 
  183. not know the pertinent details.

  191. I spent two entire days questioning him. The man has got a 
  192. *profound* understanding of American history. For example, he 
  193. knows about the Alaska purchase in 1867, how it was done at 
  194. midnight. And it was called, "Seward's Folly".

  198. Yeah. Yeah, O.K. It's fairly well-known it's called "Seward's 
  199. Folly", but as far as it bein' done at midnight, I had never 
  200. heard that.

  204. Oh yeah. It was done through a strange bank in D.C. at midnight.

  206. Alexei has got a profound understanding of history.

  208. And the reason, the reason... And when you read this article, 
  209. that the *Tribune* has never recanted or renounced, you'll see 
  210. why. Because *if*, if the major media were to reveal this major 
  211. fraud of the 20th century, they'd have to re-do a lot of history 
  212. books. Why? The Romanov family -- not as the Tsar, but the 
  213. private gold fortune...

  217. Yeah, it went to Rockefeller.

  221. Yeah. To the Chase Bank, which later became the Chase Manhattan

  225. $400 million, at $20 an ounce [in 1918]...

  233. ....and now it's $376 an ounce, for gold. And *compounded* 
  234. interest -- that money there is more than the whole bank! You see 
  235. what I mean? And the Rockefellers, right after these documents 
  236. came out, in '70 -- released after 50 years, by the British 
  237. government -- is when they made the fraudulent movie, "Nicholas 
  238. and Alexandra". And at the close of it they show the Tsar and his 
  239. family getting shot against a wall in a basement in 
  240. Ekaterinberg, Siberia.

  242. Across the road from where the Tsar and his family were kept was 
  243. a house, occupied by British Intelligence. You understand? The 
  244. British royal family and the Tsar are cousins. They saved 'em!

  246. Read this article when you get it in the mail. You'll see the

  258. great historical frauds of the 20th century.

  260. And when you read the article... Whoever did the article from UPI 
  261. even *quotes* an American retired diplomat, who says... He gives 
  262. some reasons, there, *why* the British and American government 
  263. want this hushed up. *And*, if you're a scholar of history, you 
  264. know that when the Russians made a peace treaty with the Germans, 
  265. early in 1917, called the Brest-Litovsk agreement?

  273. *Part* of it has been secret ever since! This article refers to 
  274. it. There is a section of that secret understanding, which... 
  275. It's an agreement between the oncoming Bolshevik government, and 
  276. the Germans and others, that forevermore it will be kept secret 
  277. that the Tsar and his family were, in fact, rescued. They were 
  278. not killed. But that, they will release details as if they were 
  279. murdered.

  283. All right. Along those lines, I've heard it said by some people 
  284. that this whole Bolshevik Revolution was really part of Wall 
  285. Street's plan or something.

  289. All right. Wall Street and the... I think the name of the book is 
  290. *Wall Street and the Rise of the Bolsheviks* by Antony Sutton.

  298. *There*, he goes into the documented study how those at the tip 
  299. of Manhattan, on Wall Street, *financed* Lenin. And in fact, he 
  300. refers to old issues of the *New York Times* of 1918 where it was 
  301. *admitted* that millions and millions of dollars in gold went 
  302. from Wall Street to finance the Bolshevik government as... Well, 
  303. the British financed the Kerensky government, which forced out 
  304. the, forced the Tsar to abdicate. And until he died in 1959... 
  305. Kerensky came to the United States. And he was a British agent. 
  306. But he didn't pull the government together. And then he was 
  307. replaced by the Bolsheviks, who were financed by American big 
  308. business!

  310. It's a documented thing; it's not subject to rumors; it's 
  311. actually so.

  315. All right, why did they do that? Why would they finance a 
  316. communist revolution?

  320. Well... The right wing has explained it again and again. I did an 
  321. interview with a known author there. I forget his name, but I did 
  322. a 5-minute interview which I ran a few months ago. Some... I'm 
  323. not an expert on philosophy, so, uh he described it as a Hegelian 
  324. principle.

  328. Yeah. Last time we talked...

  332. "Antithesis for the purposes of synthesis."

  344. words, were the Soviets "the big, bad wolf" for 40 years in order 
  345. to help the American defense industry? Played up here...

  403. names, that the top-most level of the British government is in 
  404. this deal involved, that they okayed it.

  421. Uh... I think they said Reuters, but I wouldn't bet on it.

  429. But the point is, this guy Leeson (if we are to believe him) is 
  430. threatening to bring down the London government. The French 
  431. government is about to be toppled because of the spy scandal. The 
  432. Rome government has been decimated by all those big shots being 
  433. hauled away to the jail in Milan.

  435. Now, as a result (thanks to you) of my items being on Internet, I 
  436. have gotten to know chief researchers in the financial field, 
  437. worldwide, who call me, and use their conference facilities to 
  438. put me in touch with other guys worldwide, and such. And the 
  439. consensus is, that the American press is not giving the reasons 
  440. for the collapse of the dollar. Which is ongoing this morning, 
  441. you know?

  449. The reason that the Europeans give is that they have advance, 
  450. inside information, that in the next 90 days will be the downfall 
  451. of the Clinton White House, because of the expected indictment of 
  452. Hillary.

  456. How is the press... You know, the press has kind of been ignoring 
  457. this for so long. How is the press gonna suddenly do an about- 
  458. face on this? And...

  462. Well you gotta... Let me explain the position of people that I 
  463. know on the different exchanges, the Merck, and the Big Board, 
  464. and so on.

  466. They says, "Skolnick. I help you with your information. Don't 
  467. tell me what's gonna be next month. Tell me what's gonna be 
  468. *tonight*! Call me at home, so that I can do something at the 
  469. opening of the markets tomorrow."

  477. I says, "I'll tell ya what's gonna be in six..."

  480. helped you with this, this, and this. And a friend of mine in the 
  481. media gave you that story, so many years ago. Hey! You owe me 
  482. one."

  484. I says, "Yeah, tell me." I says, "I'm not in the business of 
  485. bartering or brokering financial information, because that would 
  486. get me into financial interest. I have no financial interest in 
  487. this, and then and therefore I do my best to stay objective."

  493. Yeah.

  497. But there are *some* that have been quietly interviewing most of 
  498. the most knowledgeable people -- not just me, but others all over 
  499. the world -- about the Whitewater thing and the possibility of 
  500. Hillary getting indicted, for the purpose of trying to figure out 
  501. where the market is and whether it will go beyond 4200 on the 
  502. Dow-Jones, and so on. I'm talking about chief researchers of 
  503. major brokerages that have -- I don't know what the word is -- 
  504. befriended me, became acquainted with me... you know.

  507. CONSPIRACY NATION:
  508. Yeah.

  511. SHERMAN SKOLNICK:
  512. They believe (some of 'em) that their European colleagues have 
  513. got inside information about Kenneth Starr, the independent 
  514. prosecutor, about to "drop the boom" or leak out stuff about 
  515. Hillary, which will roil up our central government and make 
  516. Clinton to be more of a wimp than he is, so that nobody that's a 
  517. diplomat will wanna shake hands with him on-camera anymore. You 
  518. know what I'm sayin'?

  521. CONSPIRACY NATION:
  522. I notice he doesn't go abroad very much. I don't know if 
  523. you've...

  526. SHERMAN SKOLNICK:
  527. Well that's because nobody... [*sotto voce*] The chief currency 
  528. traders that I have talked to... Hey! I've been doin' this since 
  529. '58. I will never mention who they are. Doesn't matter *who* 
  530. calls me up and says, "Skolnick. You've gotta tell me who they 
  531. are." I will *not* to say who they are! Their names, and details 
  532. of where they're located, are confidential.

  534. But they say that their colleagues in Europe are convinced that 
  535. there will be a downfall of the American central government in 90 
  536. days. In any case, by June. And so, they are dumping the dollar. 
  537. And as much as the federal reserve drops money down that rathole, 
  538. it only makes matters worse. It just gets worse, and worse, and 
  539. worse, and worse.

  543. O.K. Do you foresee a military coup of some sort?

  547. Well, you're gonna find this, also, very odd. But... I talk to 
  548. everybody. And I have been... I and associates of mine have been 
  549. put in touch with certain retired Generals, who -- are not to be 
  550. quoted!

  554. Yeah.

  558. But they talk, off-the-record, along the lines of the Admirals 
  559. and Generals that are named, by names, in the book *Silent Coup*. 
  560. He says there was 30 of 'em that overthrew Nixon. Their point, at 
  561. that time, was "It would be too messy." In other words, they, 
  562. like... They accused JFK of treason, at the Bay of Pigs. They 
  563. accused Nixon of treason with the Hanoi government. They didn't 
  564. want to stage an assassination in an open car; the public 
  565. wouldn't buy it a second time. So they set him up, with these 
  566. double-agents: James McCord and the rest of 'em.

  568. Only the Brits wrote a paperback book about the double-agents. I 
  569. have it here. I don't remember the title. Two British writers, I 
  570. don't remember their names, wrote a paperback book about McCord 
  571. and the others being double-agents who... The guard there took 
  572. the tape off the door...

  616. Hunt's wife had $2 million that she blackmailed off of Nixon, 
  617. 'cause Hunt and his wife had inside information that Nixon was 
  618. involved in the plot against JFK in Dallas.
